Elegant Equestrians was created for the women who still believe the details matter—how we host, how we show up, and how we honor tradition without making a spectacle of it.

What we’re really doing

In the horse world, the memories that endure are rarely the ribbons, trophies, floral horseshoes, blankets, or prizes.

They’re the friendships made at the barn, on the rail, and in those end-of-day moments when someone says, “Stay—we’re eating.” That’s horse family.

Many of us miss how it used to feel: more spontaneous, more carefree, more fun—friends sitting around after the show or the last race, sharing a good meal with the people who simply get it.

Elegant Equestrians exists to protect that part of the life—and to make it workable now.

Quiet elegance (and a little “foo‑foo,” in the best way)

Over the years, what I found myself missing were the older rhythms—when there was a little more form to the fun: dressing with intention, gathering with purpose, and treating even the simplest tailgate like it deserved a bit more care… and a bit more “foo‑foo.”

Not for show. For the feeling it creates.

Seasons, circuits, and the SeaHorse

In our world, the seasons change the entire feel of hospitality—and we love that.

From spring through fall, the tone leans Bluegrass: tradition, bourbon, polished weekends, gatherings that feel timeless.

Then winter arrives and everything shifts—lighter, brighter, a touch more free: salt air, citrus, seagrass, and easy elegance that still feels correct—simply warmer.

That seasonal rhythm inspired our regional Circuit Editions—bourbons, wines, rums, and flavors that follow the shows and races as we travel.

It’s personal to me, too. My Swedish grandparents wintered in Florida, so the SeaHorse has always felt like an honest symbol—honoring the traditions and the pedigree, with a little more sun. Same standards. Same hospitality—simply tuned to the season and the circuit.
